BLESSED AFRICAN YOUTH

African Youths are motivated, strong, willing to grow and determined to work hard to  reach their ambitions. They are the most in Africa's population, for instance Kenya's population is about 45million. Majority of them being youths who are 70% of the total population of Kenya

Nowadays most of our youth work in other countries especially Middle East, they work hard to get about $300 to $2000 a month. Middle East Companies have realized that African Youths are very hardworking and strong so they hire them to grow their industries. My question is, are the industries in my nation being built? Have we done enough, building of our nation already?

Kenya is a developing country, there are roads that are yet to be built, companies that are yet to be formed and expanded, industries that are yet to grow, markets that are yet to be found and a lot of potential that needs to be tapped. We need leaders that will channel all this energy into a course which will lead to growth.

I write today to call every leader, arise for the sake of this country. There are a lot of Youths who need support and mentoring. You don't have to mentor your child alone. I cannot ignore the fact that there are still leaders who are passionate in mentoring the young adults and are doing a tremendous job. Unfortunately there are others who still practice corruption and nepotism, I would just like to warn them that the future may not favor their children. You never know whose child will be leading the company which your child will be working. Children grow and you don't know who they will become, sometimes they grow to be the only hope that you depend on. Furthermore more, however powerful we may be now, we will not always be in this world to control how the future will be led. Sometimes you just let the good be good or let honor go to them that deserve. Sometimes you just need to do the right thing and let God perfect the rest. The truth is a human life will never be greater than humanity, if greatness is what you are looking for, then the best way to it is by serving humanity.

Corruption and nepotism may make a person think that he or she is powerful, as soon as the person practicing this is no longer in the office, their impact in this world will be as good as nothing. Their power will be forgotten like the grass that grew the other day.

Hard work and strength is the blessing of an African youth, with the support of the current leaders, the youths are what we need to make our land great. Other visionary leaders see this and offer to transport our youth to grow their economies, this was evident even in the era of slave trade. African leaders should utilize this power to make Africa and not just their homestead great. This way, Africa will be an even more beautiful place to live in, we will call it a blessed land, this blessings in hidden in the strength and hard work of our youth. If they are mentored in the right direction, they will always be the blessed African youths.
